Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping takes 3–4 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Can I return a fragrance?
We accept exchanges (not refunds) on unused, sealed products within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes — 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and brand manufacturers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Contact us for more information.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
