Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aura Fragrances, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used fragrance products (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
